Questions
Before you buy
- Do credits expire?
- No. Purchased credits stay on your account while it is active.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Each pack is a single payment. Buy again only when you need more.
- Who pays for AI grading?
- The quiz maker. Takers never pay or need credits. If credits run out, written answers wait for your review instead.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is handled securely by Whop. Credits appear on your account within seconds of payment.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes, within 14 days of purchase: write to business@cfmoon.net. A refund removes the whole pack's credits; if some were already spent, your balance goes below zero and AI features pause until you top up.
