01The service

Aicai Quizzes lets makers create timed, auto-graded quizzes and share them by link, and lets takers answer them with or without an account. By using the service you agree to these terms.

02Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must provide a valid email address. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

03Your content

You retain ownership of the quizzes and material you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service — including showing public quizzes in the Explore catalog when you choose that visibility.

You are responsible for having the rights to any material you upload, and for the legality and accuracy of the quizzes you publish.

04AI features and disclaimer

AI drafting and AI grading are assistive tools. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Makers must review AI-generated questions before publishing, and AI-graded scores can be reviewed and overridden by the maker.

Aicai Quizzes is not a proctored or certified examination system. Do not use it as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions (such as formal qualifications, certifications, or employment decisions) without independent human verification.

05Credits and payments

AI features consume credits. New accounts receive a starter grant of free credits. Additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider, Whop, and are granted automatically after a successful payment.

Aicai Quizzes is a CFMoon product. Whop checkout, receipts, and order confirmations may identify CFMoon in connection with your Aicai Quizzes purchase.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use AI features within the service. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits do not expire while your account remains active.

Refunds: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to business@cfmoon.net. A refund removes the full number of credits in the refunded pack. If some were already used, your balance becomes negative and AI features stay unavailable until the balance is positive again. Refunds required by law are always honored.

Prices may change with notice, but changes never affect credits you have already purchased.

06Acceptable use

You must not upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringing content; attempt to circumvent attempt limits, credit checks, or security measures; scrape or overload the service; or use the service to deceive takers about the nature or stakes of a quiz.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

07Service availability and liability

The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.

08Changes and termination

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be noted on this page. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate access for breach of these terms.
